Description
The DIAPRESS air spring, ref. 5840072, is the core element of the ROR FL9/L/NB/NL air suspension fitted to Lecitrailer trailers and semi-trailers.
Built from multi-ply high-strength rubber and a lightweight composite piston, it absorbs road shocks and evenly distributes axle loads, extending the service life of axles, tyres and chassis. Its optimised profile keeps ride height constant and delivers stable handling even in extreme temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C.
The zinc-plated steel top plate provides corrosion resistance, while two M12 ports ensure fast, leak-free connections. Replacing a damaged bag with this genuine DIAPRESS part preserves original ROR suspension characteristics, cuts brake-lining wear and improves fuel economy thanks to smoother rolling.
With 100 % drop-in compatibility and no spacers required, installation is quick and fleet downtime minimal.
