Description

The 16"/24" disc brake actuator from Lecitrailer is designed for use in industrial trailers equipped with pneumatic disc braking systems. It combines a 16” service chamber and a 24” spring brake chamber, delivering superior braking force in both service and emergency conditions.

The actuator is built with a stamped steel body and a die-cast aluminum center ring, protected with anti-corrosion coating. It meets the requirements of ISO 9001 quality management and is fully ECE R13 homologated. It operates at a working pressure up to 10 bar and within a temperature range of -40 °C to +80 °C.

It features a threaded push rod M16 x 1.5, M22x1.5 air connections, and a manual release mechanism with safety lock. The unit is fully compatible with BPW, SAF, and ROR axle systems. A robust and efficient solution for fleet managers demanding maximum performance and minimal maintenance.
